Biography
Brian K. Grimes, Jr. CFP® is an Ivy League educated real estate investor, mentor, and founder of 24/7 Cash Flow University, where he helps busy professionals and aspiring investors build passive income through hands-free real estate investing.
Through his "Boots on the Ground Program", Brian and his team take care of everything—from finding, financing, rehabbing, tenanting, and managing rental properties—so clients can enjoy true cash flow without the headaches of being a landlord.
With a proven track record of acquiring and stabilizing rental properties across major markets, Brian has helped countless investors scale their portfolios without lifting a finger. His done-for-you investment system is designed to eliminate the stress of real estate, making it easy for clients to start generating consistent rental income and building generational wealth. Upon graduation from Columbia University in 2011 he embarked on a career in Financial Planning at AXA Advisors before transitioning to high net worth asset management at Bridgewater Advisors. In 2015, Brian launched his own real estate development company in his home town of Philadelphia, and has since gone on to gut renovate 300+ rental properties across the country using the BRRRR strategy. He is raising his sons, Brian III and Tomas, in the Bronx with his wife, Zila Acosta-Grimes.
